SUBAL SARMAH, Principal is no more.

OUR RESPECTED SIR SUBAL SARMAH, Principal of KHARUPETIA TOWN LEFT US AS WELL AS THIS WORLD ON 21/02/13.

A VERY SAD NEWS FOR THE LEARNERS, STUDENTS OF KHARUPETIA TOWN.

      Our respected Sir, SUBAL SARMAH, Principal of Kharupetia Higher Secondary School was no more with us. He passed away from this world on 21st February, 2013, Thursday at about 3 p.m. out of Assam in Haire Hospital by leaving widow Smt. Sandhya Devi and only daughter Miss Palakshi Devi (Panna)

He was born on 03/01/1956. He passed M.A. and joined in Kharupetia H.S. School on 01-12-1980 as a Subject Teacher. He became Principal, i/c in December, 2010. His smiling face will be lighted in the heart of the student and his charmed persons. His Addachardha will be held on 3rd March, 2013, Sunday at his own residence Village-Upahupara (Industrial Area), Mangaldai, Darrang.
My God keeps his soul in peace.

CANDLE MARCH AT KHARUPETIA TOWN  TO PROTEST AGAINST DAMINI RAPE CASE AND PAY REVERENCE TO HER :

A Candle March was organised at KHARUPETIA TOWN on 31st  December, Monday  at 5 p.m. to protest against the Gang Rape of DAMINI at Delhi and to offer reverence to the brave daughter of India. The march was arranged by TIGER CLUB of Kharupetia and conducted by Miss Krishna Saha, Ashim Saha, Barun Paul, Nitish Ghosh etc. workers of Tiger Club. The procession was started from Tiger club and went through NH-52d to ASTC Bus Station, then Lovely Hotel through Chariali Police Point and ended it before Tiger Club. 
The Police and public offered their co-operation to conduct the same peacefully and calmly. Over two thousand students, men and women  joined in this Candle March. At last the particupants of the march have given their salute to brave DAMINI.

NEW TEMPLE OF KHARUPETIA BAROWARI PUJA MANDIR

         A Construction Committee was formed to construct the new Barowari Puja Mandir. They prepared new estimate and started the construction work of new temple. Head Mason is Md. Muslimuddin Ahmed of Nagajan (Kharupetia). The construction is being continued. The view of new proposed Temple is given below for the viewers of this site to enjoy it.

    There are four earthen jars have been empty and  some small flat round ball like marble in which the digit 1 to 0 have been written by paint. After checking/inspecting the jars and marble by the some of presented public the draw has been started. Some unknown persons have been called from the crowd of people, then their eyes have been bonded by black cloth tightly. They have taken each one marble from one earthen jar and thus thousand digit, hundred digit, tenth digit and unit digit together has formed the lucky number and the winners of the gifts have been declared by the presented judge committee. 
 
Then again some unknown and uncertain persons have been called from the crowd of public and they also have done so. In this way the gift winners have been come out in this match. 

    The public have clapped their hands after ending  each gifts draw. Their peace and calm co-operation the draw programme has become a successful one. No one has lodged in complain against this draw and everyone has satisfied by observing and enjoying the draw. They have been stood peacefully and no noise has been made by anybody.

Distribution of Cots to the victims of Fire Accident at Gopal Nagar, Kharupetia by RAMDHENU N.G.O., Kharupetia

The members of RAMDHENU N.G.O. of Kharupetia in its Executive Meeting decided to distribute 9 (nine) Nos. of New Wooden Cots to the  victims of Gopal Nagar at Kharupetia, the victims lost their all moval and immoval properties in a fire accidents, and wish to share their sorrow and grief  by offering them this little offer. They distributed the said cots on 19th June, 2012, Sunday at about 2 p.m. At the time of distribution the well known reporter Md. Meser Ali, Junior Engineer of DRDA cum Social Worker Md. Motin Ahmed, Blogger Nani Gopal Saha and a large number of local people with members of the N.G.P. They distributed one wooden to one victim. I salute the views and nobles of this N.G.O. and wish May God gives them more and more energy for extending their social services to the society.

Terrible Fire Caught at Gopal Nagar on 12-11-2012.

A terrible fire was caught at Kharupetia Gopal Nagar, near Gopal Nagar L.P. School. In this fire about 11 Nos. house were burnt and turned into ashes. The property both movable and immovale were destroyed in this fire. The victims are Jiban Shil, Kala Charan Shil, Mantu Shil, Sushil Shil, Bidya Shil, Bipad Shil, Bipak Shil, Mridul Shil. The accident was held at about 2-15 pm (noon) on 12-11-2012, Monday. The victims could not save anything of their houses. The Hon'ble local M.L.A. Md. Ilias Ali came to visit the victims and spot on 13-11-2012 morning. He extended  his helping hands for the victims and  express his sympathy for the family members of them. May God help them to trackle this situation. We should come forward to help the victims.

2ND & FINAL MATCH AT KHARUPETIA TOWN FIELD:

The 2nd day & Final Match was held on 03-11-12 at Kharupetia Town field where the winner two teams of yesterday SUNFLOWER ENGLISH HIGH SCHOOL and KHARUPETIA COLLEGE faced each other. In this match Md. Abdul Mazid, well known retd. Subject Teacher was presented.

In the first half Kharupetia College scored a goal and in the second half it again scored another goal and the match won by Kharupetia College by 2-0 goals. They will play in the Semi-final match at Udalguri on 06-11-12 and the final match will be held on 07-11-12 at Udalgusri. The conduction of team of Kharupetia College by the its captain Md. Akram Hussain is praiseworth.

My good wishes will remain with them and hope they will win the final match in the Inter-school Football Championship-2012 which organized by RED HORNS DIVISION, Udalguri District under OPERATION SADBHAVANA.
