2ND & FINAL MATCH AT KHARUPETIA TOWN FIELD:

The 2nd day & Final Match was held on 03-11-12 at Kharupetia Town field where the winner two teams of yesterday SUNFLOWER ENGLISH HIGH SCHOOL and KHARUPETIA COLLEGE faced each other. In this match Md. Abdul Mazid, well known retd. Subject Teacher was presented.

In the first half Kharupetia College scored a goal and in the second half it again scored another goal and the match won by Kharupetia College by 2-0 goals. They will play in the Semi-final match at Udalguri on 06-11-12 and the final match will be held on 07-11-12 at Udalgusri. The conduction of team of Kharupetia College by the its captain Md. Akram Hussain is praiseworth.

INTER-SCHOOL FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP-2012

An Inter-School Football Championship - 2012 has been started at Kharupetia Town Field. on 02-11-2012 which has been organized by RED HORNS DIVISION, Udalguri District in connection with OPERATION SADVABANA. The management of the said tournament has been made by TIGER CLUB, Kharupetia.

There are four teams have joined in this competition. They are Sailabala High School, Sunflower English High School , Kharupetia H.S. School and Kharupetia College.

In the first day first match has been held between Sailabala High School and Sunflower English High School in which Sunflower School team has win by 3 - 0 goals.

Both the matches conducted by the well known referee and sportsman of this town Sri Pradip Sarkar.  After ended the both matches the commandant of RED HORNS DIVISION, Udalguri District has given good wishes all the players in inspires them to be good sportsman. He has also thanked all the public for present in the field and enjoy the matches. He has requested to come tomorrow and enjoy the final match which will be held between Sunflower English High School and Kharupetia Town..

Opening the magazine "SATHI"

A releasing ceremony of the magazine "SATHI" was held at Kharupetia Town L.P. School. A lots of literature interested persons with a number of teachers, reporters were presented in this programme. Sri Jyotish Kumar Dev who came from Guwahati to join this programme. The function was presided over by respected local well known teacher as well as Reporter Md. Meser Ali. The magazine was published and edited by Sri Haradhan Shil. Some teachers and reporters also addressed the presented persons and praised the effort of  Sri Shil. Sri Bipad Bhanjan Saha also kept his short but intellectual speech.

THE RELEASING CEREMONY OF SMARANIKA OF CHETANA GROUP, Kharupetia


         A auspicious programme was held at the auditorium of Assam Club, Kharupetia on the occasion of releasing ceremony of Smaranika of Chetana Group, Kharupetia on the 14th October, 2012 Sunday. A book in the name "ANANTA MAHAKALER SONALI PATAY" and a C.D. (Songs) "ELO SARAT) of Jyotish Kumar Deb were also released in this programme. A large number of intellectual persons and guests were present in this programme.

GHANDHI JAYANTI CELEBRATION at Kharupetia

Nation's Father MAHATMA GAHDNI'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION, at Kharupetia.

      Nation's Father MAHATMA GAHDNI'S BIRTHDAY i.e. GANDHI JAYANTI  has been celebrated at Kharupetia.Town with several programmes. It has been observed centrally at Kharupetia Higher Secondary School. Students of all L.P., M.E. & High Schools of Kharupetia have joined in this programme at Higher Secondary School, Kharupetia College with flags, slogans, play-card, banner etc. in rows with slogans for Gandhiji in their mouths. The teaching and non-teaching staffs of the institutions and respected & intellectual persons have also joined in this programme.
and offered their reverence to Gandhiji. In this programme several teachers, respected persons, senior citizen have addressed the students and talk about Gandhiji and his activities for the independence of India and society and relevance of his advices today. They have highlighted that Gandhiji had hated non-touchability of society and advised the students to follow this advice and do accordingly as directed by Gandhiji.








Some students have also keep their review upon Gadhiji, Some of them have recited own composed poems and sang song. Although the day has been rainy, but there have been with full enthusiasm and stood in ground with protection their head from rain by umbrella. In the end of the programme they have been distributed Cake.
